This Privacy Policy describes how ENSIDEX LLC (“ENSIDEX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards personal information when you visit ensidex.com, contact us, request a product subscription, or engage with our services.

• Business metadata you share during engagements: company details and operational data necessary to deliver services.
• Technical information automatically collected: IP address (processed by Cloudflare), browser type, device type, referring URL, and page interaction events (via Plausible Analytics, privacy-respecting and self-hosted).
• Cookies and similar technologies only for essential site functionality and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver requested services.
• To maintain the security and performance of our website.
• To send transactional communications related to engagements, invoicing, or legal matters.
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable under privacy laws, we process personal information on the following bases:

Engagement records are retained for seven (7) years for tax and compliance purposes. Inquiry records are retained for two (2) years unless a relationship continues.

We share personal information only with vetted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, hosting, and security
• Google Workspace — email and productivity
• Stripe / Moyasar — payment processing (when applicable)
• Resend — transactional email
• Internal workflow tools — lead routing, support, and operational follow-up

Each processor is subject to a data processing agreement and industry-standard security controls.

7. International transfers

Ensidex operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data: HTTPS everywhere, encryption at rest for databases, access controls, audit logs, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; you share information at your own risk.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
